Do you have other application requirements?
Mit unserer Anlage können Sie auch große Oberflächen in Abwasserbauwerken manuell nassspritzen, Mauerwerk druckverfugen, jegliche Bauwerke injizieren oder aber auch Kanäle horizontal beschichten. Diese Flexibilität ist unübertroffen.

Our after-sales service is designed to ensure that your team can operate and maintain the system with confidence from day one.
After purchasing a system, your operators will receive two days of comprehensive training at our facility in Germany. Once the equipment has been delivered, one of our experienced technicians will travel to your location and provide an additional 3–5 days of on-site training to support the commissioning process and train your team under real working conditions.
To further simplify the learning process, we provide a digital video-based training platform with step-by-step instructions covering operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices. This allows your team to start learning even before attending the training in Germany.
Should you require assistance, our English-speaking technical support team is always available to answer questions and provide guidance.
For maintenance, we offer a practical service spare parts package, enabling most routine servicing and repairs to be carried out independently. We also supply complete electrical diagrams and technical documentation, allowing local electricians and technicians to quickly resolve any electrical issues if required.
Our goal is simple: to ensure that you can operate your equipment efficiently, independently, and with the confidence that expert support is always available when needed.
On average, a trained crew can rehabilitate 5–7 manholes per day over the course of a year. Actual productivity depends on several factors, including manhole depth, access conditions, travel distances between sites, the extent of preparatory work required, and the condition of the structures.
As a general guideline, approximately 1.5 hours per manhole can be calculated for the rehabilitation process itself, excluding additional preparatory work such as stopping active infiltration or carrying out structural repairs.
For larger projects involving multiple manholes, efficiency can be increased significantly. For example, if a project consists of 10–13 manholes, the entire group of manholes is typically cleaned on the first day, while any necessary preparation work is carried out in parallel. On the following day, the coating process can then be completed efficiently across all prepared manholes.
For a typical manhole with a depth of approximately 2.3–3.0 meters, cleaning usually takes 45–60 minutes, while the coating process itself requires only 20–25 minutes.
In most cases, we keep M-Coating Compact Manhole Rehabilitation Systems in stock. This allows us to offer very short delivery times, typically ranging from 1–2 weeks.
However, due to periods of high demand or multiple orders being placed at the same time, delivery times may occasionally extend to up to one month.

The M-Coating system is designed to be operated efficiently by two people.
One operator is responsible for mixing the PMM coating mortar (ERGELIT), while the second operator manages the cleaning and spraying process inside the manhole.
For larger projects, it can be beneficial to have a third person available to transport materials from the van or truck to the system. However, this is not essential, and the system can be operated successfully by a two-person crew.
The compact design and high level of automation allow contractors to achieve excellent productivity while keeping personnel requirements to a minimum.
According to DWA-M 143-17, a minimum coating thickness of 8 mm is generally required for mineral manhole rehabilitation coatings.
In practice, however, contractors often apply 10 mm or more to compensate for surface irregularities and create a uniform finish.
Even at a coating thickness of 8 mm, our ERGELIT-KS1 is fully watertight and provides reliable corrosion protection.
The maximum coating thickness depends on several factors, including the depth of the manhole, the condition of the substrate, and the size of the structure. In principle, the system is capable of applying very high coating thicknesses. In practical applications, coatings of more than 50 mm have already been successfully applied in manholes.

The expected service life of a rehabilitation carried out with the M-Coating Compact System depends on several factors, including the condition of the existing manhole structure, environmental influences, and the level of chemical and mechanical exposure.
However, when using our proven ERGELIT coating systems, a typical expected service life of 50–80 years can be achieved under normal operating conditions.
This long service life is the result of the excellent durability, watertightness, and corrosion resistance of the ERGELIT materials, which have been successfully used in wastewater infrastructure projects for decades.
For specific projects, the actual service life may vary depending on the condition of the structure and the operating environment.
