Kanaltec-4.0 – your innovative solution for rehabilitating sewer inlets and localized defects! Lateral connection rehabilitation, also known as nozzle or branch repair, in non-accessible wastewater pipes is an essential part of our sewer systems. After a sewer has been rehabilitated—for instance, via coating—the main pipe is 100% watertight, but the connections often remain a weak point. Improperly integrated connections can leak and allow groundwater to infiltrate—a problem we have solved with our Kanaltec 4.0 in combination with the ERGELIT-Kanaltec injection and grouting mortar. This system makes it possible to permanently rehabilitate connections and link them to the main sewer in a watertight manner. The major advantage of the ERGELIT-Kanaltec mortar lies in its unique ability to bond permanently to damp substrates and reliably fill voids behind the nozzles. The system is highly versatile and suitable for connections ranging from DN 200 to DN 800, regardless of whether they are slightly leaking or nozzles with heavy water infiltration. Even in sewers rehabilitated with a GRP CIPP liner, Kanaltec 4.0 can be used without problems and withstands long-term groundwater pressure. With this innovative system, you ensure the long-term tightness of your sewer system – reliably and effectively!
