Our technology is based on more than 25 years of experience at HERMES Technologie and makes it possible, with just one person and our precisely coordinated mixer-pump-spinner motor combination, to carry out a fully automatic coating of manhole walls in any desired layer thickness using the spinning process.

Substrate preparation has never been so easy!
Use either the fully automatic TSSR® shaft cleaning unit or the HDS Jet® water-solids nozzle for cleaning particularly stubborn surfaces to create the optimum basis for coating.

Even square shafts over 25 meters deep are no problem for the KS-ASS® process.

Do you have other application requirements?
With our system, you can also manually wet-spray large surfaces in wastewater structures, pressure-grout masonry, inject any structure or coat sewers horizontally. This flexibility is second to none.

Our process equipment is available in a fully equipped, site-compatible panel van, truck or box trailer.

We also offer add-on versions for existing systems or installations in your desired vehicle.
