Rapid Water Resistance: With KS2, you save time while ensuring early resistance to water flow. ERGELIT-KS2 is ready for water exposure after just 2 hours at a temperature of 20°C. This fast curing time allows you to accelerate the construction process and maximize efficiency.
Superior Layer Thickness: KS2 can be applied in substantial layers of up to 3 cm in a single trowel application. This exceptional capability enables you to handle even the most demanding projects efficiently while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.

- Rebound approx. 3 % under good spraying conditions in the wet spraying process

- Very good adhesive tensile strength (≥ 2 N/mm², depending on the substrate)

- Kann per Handbeschichtung, Nassspritzverfahren und im Zentrifugalverfahren angewendet werden
- Ist nach nur 2 Stunden wasserbelastbar (bei 20°)
Application
- Coating of concrete and masonry shafts, sewers and storage tanks
- For waste water containing e.g. sulphate, magnesium, ammonia, oil, grease, benzene, petrol, chemically aggressive environment
- Suitable for the wet spraying process or the KS-ASS coating system
- Integrated bonding bridge already included in the product (primer)
- Can be applied in layer thicknesses of up to 3 cm in one trowel pass
- In good conditions also overhead
- Not suitable for open structures
- Reprofiling of break-outs and defects in shafts, sewers and storage tanks, as well as surface leveling in masonry shafts
- Production of coving and berms
- An all-round mortar for coating and repairing wastewater structures with municipal and industrial wastewater
