Schnelle Wasserbelastbarkeit: Mit KS2 sparen Sie Zeit und gewährleisten gleichzeitig eine schnelle Wasserbelastbarkeit. Bereits nach kurzen 2 Stunden ist ERGELIT-KS2 wasserbelastbar, bei einer Temperatur von 20°C. Diese schnelle Aushärtungszeit ermöglicht es Ihnen, den Bauprozess zu beschleunigen und Zeit zu sparen.
Hervorragende Schichtdicken: KS2 kann in sehr hohen Schichtdicken von bis zu 3 cm in einem einzigen Kellenzug aufgetragen werden. Diese außergewöhnliche Eigenschaft ermöglicht es Ihnen, auch anspruchsvolle Projekte effizient zu bewältigen und ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität zu erreichen.

Besonderheiten
- Ist perfekt für Abwasserbauwerke mit industriellem Abwasser geeignet (hochsäurebeständig)
- Ist nach DIN19573 XWW4 –B2 geprüft
- Kann per Handbeschichtung, Nassspritzverfahren und im Zentrifugalverfahren angewendet werden
- Ist nach nur 2 Stunden wasserbelastbar (bei 20°)
Application
- Coating of concrete and masonry shafts, sewers and storage tanks
- For waste water containing e.g. sulphate, magnesium, ammonia, oil, grease, benzene, petrol, chemically aggressive environment
- Suitable for the wet spraying process or the KS-ASS coating system
- Integrated bonding bridge already included in the product (primer)
- Can be applied in layer thicknesses of up to 3 cm in one trowel pass
- In good conditions also overhead
- Not suitable for open structures
- Reprofiling of break-outs and defects in shafts, sewers and storage tanks, as well as surface leveling in masonry shafts
- Production of coving and berms
- An all-round mortar for coating and repairing wastewater structures with municipal and industrial wastewater
