Successful BBE course in Feuchtwangen
From March 23 to 25, 2026, another successful BBE course took place in Feuchtwangen. The event was organized by the DWA (German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste), while it was carried out by the Hermes Technologie team.
Three intensive days of the course were dedicated entirely to professional structural coating in drainage systems. The participants had the opportunity to specifically expand their knowledge, gain practical experience, and position themselves optimally for future projects.
Theory meets practice – training at the highest level
The BBE course is characterized by the close integration of theory and practice. In addition to sound fundamentals on materials, substrate preparation, and damage patterns, a special focus was placed on practical application directly on the structure. This allowed participants to immediately apply the knowledge they acquired and develop a confident feel for handling various coating systems.
Topics such as standards-compliant work and occupational safety were also covered intensively, as they play a decisive role in the quality and longevity of rehabilitation measures.
Why continuing education in sewer rehabilitation is so important
Sewer rehabilitation is a technically demanding field that is constantly evolving. New materials, changing framework conditions, and rising demands regarding quality and sustainability make it necessary for specialists to regularly update their knowledge.
Advanced training courses such as the BBE course make a decisive contribution to this. They ensure that work is carried out professionally, damage can be correctly assessed, and the lifespan of structures is significantly extended. At the same time, qualified personnel increase job site safety as well as the quality of the work performed.
The BBE certificate represents an important qualification and is, in many cases, a prerequisite for participating in relevant projects.
Practice-oriented continuing education with real added value
For us at Hermes Technologie, practice-oriented knowledge transfer is a central component of our daily work. Our goal is not only to provide high-quality products and technologies, but also to pass on the necessary know-how.
After all, the person on the job site is always the one who determines the quality of the result in the end. Well-trained personnel are the foundation for sustainable rehabilitation solutions and functioning infrastructure.
Thank you to all participants
A special thank you goes to all participants for their commitment, the open exchange, and the very pleasant collaboration during the three days of the course. We are delighted that we were able to successfully conduct another course together and look forward to continuing to accompany specialists in sewer rehabilitation on their journey in the future.
