Horizontal lining machine
Art. Nr.: HTD
Horizontal lining machine for pipe rehabilitation using the centrifugal spray method
Further properties
Sewer rehabilitation using WW-coating mortars in accordance with DIN 19573 (ERGELIT dry mortar KS) is the cost-effective and technically superior alternative to full sewer replacement. For urban planning reasons alone, it is the preferred method of execution.
At the construction site, ERGELIT KS1 or ERGELIT KS2 only needs to be mixed with water. It is pumped via hoses from the mixer to the application site, where it is centrifugally applied to the wall using a spinning motor.
The high centrifugal energy results in outstanding adhesion to the substrate, which is further enhanced by the bonding agents and adhesives pre-mixed into the KS mortar. Due to the short setting time of the ERGELIT dry mortar KS, water diversion in the sewer system is only required during working hours. The mortar is water-resistant just 4 hours after lining. All in all, a highly economical system.
- Self-propelled and locally controlled: From DN 600 mm upwards, the lining machines are self-propelled and operated via on-site controls.
- Proven track record since 1982: Empirical data and expertise for this process have been established for over 40 years.
- No excavation required: For sewers meeting standard specifications, no construction pits or other earthworks are necessary.
- Durable and robust construction: Built for longevity and stability in demanding environments.
- Decades of proven performance: Extensively tested in combination with the KS-ASS® system and ERGELIT high-performance mortars.
