ReproLining® 0.5 Sole Reprofiling Device
Art. Nr.: 60000
Invert reprofiling tool for the repair of sewer inverts in combination with ERGELIT mortars
Further properties
Reprolining 0.5 is an efficient invert rehabilitation process designed for the precise repair of damaged sewer floors. This technique is particularly suitable for the targeted rehabilitation of damaged inverts in non-accessible sections with diameters ranging from DN 100 to DN 800. Reprolining 0.5 demonstrates its strengths in both circular and egg-shaped profiles. Additionally, this process serves as the ideal preparation for advanced techniques such as centrifugal lining or CIPP lining. Discover the versatile applications of Reprolining 0.5 for the precise maintenance of your sewer systems.
- Extremely robust construction and reusable
- Most economical solution for invert restoration
- Suitable for non-accessible sewers up to DN 800 (circular and egg-shaped profiles)
- Preparatory measure for centrifugal lining or CIPP lining
- Reprolining 0.5 is a process according to DWA-M 143-17 and complies with the displacement method described therein
- The WW-mortars used are tested and certified in accordance with DIN 19573
Special features
- Extremely user-friendly
- Self-propelled from DN 600 mm
- High centrifugal energy ensures outstanding adhesion
Application
- Step 1: Preparation with Sewer Robot Deployment of a modern sewer robot for milling work to remove heavy deposits and protruding lateral connections.
- Step 2: Thorough High-Pressure Water Cleaning Removal of loose particles, separating agents, and debris through comprehensive high-pressure water jetting.
- Step 3: Removal of Standing Water Elimination of standing water by suctioning or by using compressed air to clear the line.
- Step 4: Setup in the Launch Manhole Placement of a pipe plug (inflatable stopper) in the preceding pipe section within the launch manhole. Sealing of house connections within the section to be rehabilitated using bladders. If necessary, setup of a bypass pumping system.
- Step 5: Preparation for Reprofiling Pulling in a winch cable and connecting it to the reprofiling tool. Careful preparation of the WW ERGELIT mortar in a forced-action mixer.
- Step 6: Application of ERGELIT Mortar Application of the freshly mixed ERGELIT mortar in front of the reprofiling tool. Using a winch, the material is pulled through the pipeline in the direction of flow.
- Step 7: Uniform Material Distribution Ensuring a uniform distribution of the material into the voids and cavities of the sewer invert.
- Step 8: Inspection of the Rehabilitation Result Comprehensive CCTV inspection to verify the success of the rehabilitation.
- Step 9: Restoration of Wastewater Flow After approximately 2 hours, depending on the type of WW ERGELIT mortar used, the reprofiled sewer can be put back into operation.
